What is the 'state funded ECE program'?
This program was created to support children, and their families in receiving quality child care, in an effort to support well rounded learners who will be ready to hit the ground running once entering elementary school. This program is geared to help families with a variety of needs. Be sure to read on for more information.
Were you denied for POC (Purchase of Care) or other welfare/income based programs? If you did not qualify, you may still be eligible for this!
POC Note: If your family does qualify for POC, POC copays are waived if you receive a State Funded slot!

Income

Housing
Do you struggle to own/rent on your own? Are you currently unhoused/homeless or living with someone else? This means you may qualify!
IEP/IFSP
Does your child/ren have an IEP or IFSP? Do you believe they may be in need of an IEP or IFSP? This means you may qualify!
Foster Families
Are you a foster family? This means you may qualify!
English Language Learners
Is your family learning English? This means you may qualify!
